Although I used the bright and cheerful December Sassy Ribbon Kit for these projects, you can use any of the awesome SnS ribbon. The gift bag was made by covering up a simple brown paper bag. I cut 5.5″x7″ pcs. of cardstock for the front and back, and embellised with my patterned paper and ribbon. (The second smaller one is designed to hold a gift card.)
