I created a little card using the adorable  Hippo Snag ‘em stamp.   I used Shimmerz to color the ground under the hippo as well as the cute little toenails.  There’s sooo much you can do with these fabulous paints.    Right now there are twenty different colors in the store to choose from.  Don’t delay….they’ll go quickly!!

more samples w/ SnS August Kit – My Sweet Cherry Pie

I have a few additional samples w/ the My Sweet Cherry Pie ribbon kit!

I think my favorite two ribbons in this kit are the tiny brown rick rack and the red w/ white polka dot grosgrain ribbon, making this my favorite of my 3 samples.

Then there is this Lo, w/ the gorgeous brown loop trim and the satin cornered trim.  It just frames the picture perfectly attracting your eye to the photo.

I wanted a subtle look for this Layout, but at the same time I wanted to anchor the photo, so I chose to fold and staple the ribbon to 2 of the photo’s corners.

August Ribbon Kit: Henry’s Brilliance Projects

I was pretty happy to get the Henry’s Brilliance August Ribbon Kit.  I love blue!  This coordinates with the new Nikki Sivils papers.

This is a faux embroided wall hanging.  I traced around an S chipboard letter to look like stitches and added the threaded needle to make it seem more realistic.  Making Memories Paper

This is the pull out from my son’s Highlights magazine.  I added a cover and ring to make it more durable for my son to look through. Colorbok cardstock, Bazzill Sizzix Flowers, Making Memories Paper, Basic Grey alpha stickers.
