Hi ladies. This is a super quick and easy little project. Here is what you need:
Clear embellishments or letters (I used Heidi Swapp letters)
Clear *dry* glue (I used my Xyron)
Here is my items all ready to go
The first thing I did was to run my clear letters through my Xyron machine. Dry, clear glue is best. The liquid glue just soaks through the ribbon and doesn’t work well.
Next you want to cut ribbon into pieces that will work for your letters or embellishment and stick them to the letters. You want to stick the “good” side to the letters as you will turn them around and use the clear side up.
Now you want to cut off the excess with a sharp pair of scissors. Leaving you with your letters covered.
Now you are ready to use your embellishment on a card or layout. Here is a quick card I did with mine. I ran the letters back though my Xyron to stick them to my card.
It’s as simple as that!
