More October Creations


I wanted to show two different approaches to using black ribbon, one w/ a pastel palette and one w/ a bright palette of colors.  On this first sample, you can see all colors here are pale and subtle and the ribbons makes you see the straps and her window seat on the plane.


On this second LO, the colors and bright and happy and the black ribbon makes you look at the cute chair Bianca is seating on, which frames her so nicely!

Boo!  Scared you?  This ribbon kit is right up my alley.  Tons of fun textures and frills all in black, perfect for scrapping Halloween pictures!

I altered this wooden bird decoration to create a faux glass tile look using Ranger Glossy Accents.  So cool!  You must try it out if you already haven’t!

A few cards:

I did this 2 page layout of my older son meeting my younger son for the first time.  I was trying to keep it soft, while it still being boy-ish.  I really feel this ribbon kit helped me in this with its’ sheers and velvets.
